Our apartments are comfortable and welcoming. 

We have four one bedroom apartments, each with a double bedroom, and one studio apartment.

Each individually furnished apartment has :

• New Kitchen area with fridge, dishwasher, ceramic hob & oven with integrated microwave.
• Kettle, coffee maker and toaster.
• Lounge and dining area with flat screen satellite TV, DVD player & alarm clock
• Fully tiled shower or bathroom.
• Hairdryer
• All bed linen and towels are provided
• Direct dial telephone
• Free WIFI internet access in public areas
• Safe

All our apartments are non-smoking.
Sorry, but we are not able to accept pets.

Most of our apartments have a balcony, from which you can enjoy the view of the surrounding mountains. All of our guests are welcome to use the garden and  gas BBQ.

There is free on-site parking, bicycle and ski storage and a heated ski boot store.  Garage parking is available for motorbikes.

We have a small number of bicycles for hire.

Laundry facilities are available for guests to use (washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board). 

We offer a "Bed and Breakfast" option to all our guests. Breakfast is served in the comfort  and privacy of your own apartment and needs to be pre-booked.

We can arrange for the delivery of groceries to your apartment, ready for your arrival. Fresh bread is delivered daily to the house by a local baker.

We are members of "Urlaub Ganz Privat", the association of private B&B and apartment owners in Austria.
We have a 4 "Edelweiss" rating for comfort and facilities.

Travelling with children

We try to make travelling with young children as easy as possible. At no extra cost we can provide a cot (and bedding), high chair, changing mat and "potty". We are able to deliver disposable nappies to your apartment, ready for your arrival. There is a cupboard with games and toys to keep the whole family occupied.
