Prices and Availability

Studio and One Bedroom apartments from €54 to €125 per night

We accept bookings starting and ending on any day of the week, so you can take full advantage of cheaper mid-week flights! 

The minimum booking is normally 2 nights for  all apartments.

All prices include end cleaning, heating, electricity, bed linen, towels, unlimited broadband access and guest laundry.

Prices exclude  Tourist Tax.

Tourist Tax is charged locally. 

The current rates are:

Adults ( Over 18 years old )                  € 1.50  per person per night.

Continental Breakfast

Breakfast service is available for €6 per person per day (Children under 12 €3 per day) and needs to be booked in advance.
Breakfast is served in the comfort and privacy of your own apartment.

Payment

We take a  non-returnable deposit of 10% to confirm a booking, and the balance is due 4 weeks before arrival. 
We can accept payment in Euros via Cash, Bank Transfer, Western Union or Credit Card.

Cancellations
Cancellations need to be notified to us in writing ( fax, email or letter). 
Cancellation charge:

Up to 4 weeks before travel                                    10%
Within 4 weeks of travel and during holiday        100%

We recommend that you take out Travel Insurance, to cover you in the event of a need to cancel your holiday.
